On April 5, 2024, at the initiative of the teacher of the Department of Pedagogy and Physical Culture of the International Innovative University, Ozoda Kaksharova, the 30th State Preschool Education Organization in Karshi, based on mutual experience exchange and cooperation, "Educational training based on modern pedagogical methods" a training seminar (master class) was organized on the topic of "organization".

➡️This seminar was attended by all pedagogical team of the organization, students of preparatory group and students of group 22-01-K of pre-school education. The seminar prepared by the students with the participation of the wards of the institution made a great impression on the training participants.

➡️In the second part of the master class, G. Berdiyeva, associate professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Physical Culture, Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology (PhD), gave a lecture on the topic "Psychological development of children aged 3 to 7 years." After the lecture, the department's teacher Sh.Eshpolatova and university psychologist M.Rustamova conducted a psychological training for the employees of the organization on the topic "Ways to eliminate stress in the work process".

✅This seminar-training was held in a debate-rich manner and directly serves for the continuity of mutual cooperation between educational institutions.
